The game is set in the year 22nd century. The ice caps have melted and the world is submerged. The players are the last surviving humans, and they are forced to live on makeshift flotillas in different coastal cities.
The main idea of the game is that each player controls his own battlecruiser. The battlecruisers have different speeds, strengths, and weapons. Players can use their weapons to attack other players, destroy their ships, and capture or recapture other ships.
